Sovereign Park, Boroughbridge Road, York

Time is running out if you want to make a corner of Sovereign Park yours.

Only a handful of properties at the development off Boroughbridge Road on the north-western corner of York are still on the market – and they’re not going to be there much longer!

The main York train station – as seen in a Harry Potter film near you – is in the closest part of the city to Boroughbridge Road. The downside to that is a number of busy rail lines running close to Sovereign Park.

Two-bedroom apartments start at a slender £159,950 with the larger townhouses going for between £196,995 and £100,000 more on top.

The location is what you pay for in this game and Sovereign Park York has all the hallmarks of a family-led commuter’s dream.
