Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of
our Publications you purchase on this Website
(other than any our Downloadable publications,
which cannot, by reason of its nature, be returned),
you may return it to us in its original condition
within 14 working days and we will provide a full
refund. If the reason for the return is the result
of our error, or if the item was damaged before it
reached you, we will also refund the postage costs.
To make a return please send back the item securely
wrapped, along with your packing slip and a
letter stating the reason for the return.
